Information Collection and Usage
The application ("the App") does not collect any personal information from its Users. No personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or contact details is collected during the usage of the App.
Non-Personal Information
The App may collect non-personal information about Users' devices, such as device models, operating systems, and application versions. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the App's functionality, providing updates, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Windows on your screen
Nuzzle reads where windows are on your screen, their position and size only, so its pet knows where to peek and stroll. It never reads window titles or what's inside them, and this information stays on your Mac.
Crash reports
If Shoo, Portolan, Radio Mask, Bail or Nuzzle quits unexpectedly, the next time you open it, it asks whether to send a crash report. It is sent only if you agree, or if you chose “Always send reports”. A report contains the app's version and build, technical details of the crash (where in the app it happened), your Mac's model and macOS version, and the language, region format and time zone the app runs with. It contains no personal data, nothing that identifies you or your Mac, and nothing about your files, the servers and hosts Portolan finds, your voice in Radio Mask, or the windows on your screen in Nuzzle. Reports are used only to fix the app, never for tracking, and are kept for up to 180 days.
This website
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (opens in a new tab) to count visits. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites. It records only aggregate information such as which pages are viewed, the referring site, browser and operating system type, country, and page load performance. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (opens in a new tab) to block spam. Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form without showing a CAPTCHA puzzle. To do this it collects technical signals from your browser, such as browser and device characteristics. It does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. These signals are used only to tell people from bots.

The App does not utilize any third-party services that may collect personally identifiable information.
Security
The App takes reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of any non-personal information collected.

The App reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any changes. By using the App, Users acknowledge and agree to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
